From a young age, it was clear what my passions would be. There's a note in my Baby Book that reads, "Seems interested in "people food.'"
From the moment I could read, I read everything in sight, but mostly sci-fi and fantasy: I had finished all 16 Oz books by 5th grade. Food and stories of all kinds keep me going (especially stories about food and food with a good story).
Helping bring those stories to life, through editing, writing, reading, or any other form of narrative brings me joy. I mostly write for Forbes but also check out my work at Vice, Eater, and Literary Hub. I also lead food and history tours for Context Travel!
